For those ready to rethink what healthy really means.
Health is not a rule you follow.
Defying Health is a magazine about health as six dimensions, written by a trainer who is tired of the BS.

Going against what society calls healthy
Today, "healthy" often stands for restriction, guilt, and overcomplication. We challenge the unrealistic, fear-driven ideas and learn to see it as more than just food, rules, or a perfect routine.
Real health is calm, flexible, and multidimensional. So we question the trends and the quick fixes, and put the rest of it back in the frame: mental, physical, emotional, social, financial and intellectual well-being.
Because a croissant on a Sunday morning is part of a healthy life, just as much as recycling clothes, learning to budget, or unfollowing someone on social media because they make you feel guilty in some way.
Mental
Depletion, focus, overthinking, rest. Why feeling tired is not a character flaw.
Physical
Movement, sleep, mobility, recovery. Training as care, not as punishment.
Emotional
Guilt, shame, joy, boundaries. Including the guilt that comes with a Sunday croissant.
Social
Comparison, friendship, family pressure. Sometimes unfollowing someone is a health decision.
Financial
Money stress, budgeting as self-care, what wellness actually costs.
Intellectual
Curiosity, media literacy, how to read a health claim without losing your mind.
One honest piece, every two weeks
Raw, real, unfiltered. Written by a trainer who is tired of the BS and wants a happy and healthy life. For herself, and for you too.
No diet plans, no rules list, no before and after. This is for people who like to read, want to understand their body, and are done with health being sold as a performance.
